With a PhD Civil Engineering from Bristol (1976) on finite element analysis, and working in consulting since 1981, Dr David Cathie is a recognized industry specialist in offshore geotechnics, pipelines, and trenching.

Christophe Jaeck
Senior engineer

A Hydraulics/Civil Engineering graduate from the University of Grenoble (INP) in 1997, he has been working since then in the offshore industry. He is a specialist in the design of piled and subsea structure foundations, and pipeline geotechnics, in particular in deep water.

Alain Burgraeve
Senior engineer

A graduate in Civil Engineering from the Catholic University of Louvain (Belgium) in 1989, he has over 15 years experience in land and offshore geotechnical engineering including site investigations, management of major survey projects, finite element analysis and foundation design.

Martin Hammann
Senior engineer

Graduating in Civil Engineering in from ENS, Grenoble in 1993 and with an MSc from McGill University, Montreal in 1995, he is a specialist in construction support, site supervision, pile installation and monitoring for both onshore and offshore projects.

Sylvie Bretelle
Senior Engineer

A graduate in Civil Engineering from HEI (Hautes Etudes d'Ingénieur - Lille) in 1988, she has over 20 years experience in land and offshore geotechnical engineering, including tunnel and large structure foundation design, specific soil improvement definition and design, subsea structure design, design updates to include construction constraints.

Hendrik Falepin
Senior project engineer

Graduating in Mining Engineering from the University of Leuven in 2001, Hendrik has 8 years experience in offshore geotechnics engineering software design and finite element modelling.

Kudret Sahin
Senior project engineer

Following her graduation form University of Leuven in 2000, Kudret has specialised in offshore geotechnics. She also has extensive experience of site investigations both as team leader and client representative.
