STRUCTURE AND OWNERSHIP

Cathie Associates is owned by the senior staff and other staff who wish to participate in the company provided they have been in the company for more than 2 years.

Ownership is managed through Cathie Associates Holding SCRL, registered in Brussels, Belgium which in turn owns the other operating companies. Currently, the operating companies in the group are:

  • Cathie Associates SARL, France
  • G-Octopus SARL, France
  • Cathie Associates Ltd, UK
